Choose the Candle-Pouring Experience That Works for You

The candle-making portion of each experience is essentially the same. You’ll choose a candle jar from our shelves, learn about our fragrances and fragrance notes, explore fragrance combinations, and receive guidance throughout the pouring process, including mixing, temperatures, and the other steps involved in making your candle.

After pouring, your candle needs time to set. You can pick it up the following day, or we can mail it to you for a small additional fee.

Walk-In Pouring

Our Walk-In Pouring is the most casual and flexible option. Simply stop by the store during available hours and make a candle—no advance registration is required.

The store remains open to other customers while you’re pouring, making this a great choice for individuals, couples, or small groups who would like to enjoy the candle-making experience without attending a scheduled event.

Scheduled Workshops

Our Workshops are scheduled in advance, and participants sign up through our website.

Workshops are designed to be a fun, social experience. Participants don’t necessarily know one another when they arrive, but everyone shares the candle-making experience together. During a workshop, the store is closed to the general public, participants are welcome to bring a bottle of wine, and we typically include a fun activity such as trivia.

It’s a great way to enjoy an evening out, meet new people, and make your own candle along the way.

Private Workshops & Parties

Looking for an experience just for your own group? We also offer Private Workshops and Parties.

Instead of choosing from one of our scheduled workshop dates, the organizer works with us to select a date and time that works for both the group and Harmony Home Candle Co.

Unlike our regularly scheduled workshops, where participants may not know one another, a private workshop is reserved for the organizer and their invited guests. This makes it a great option for birthdays, family gatherings, friends’ nights out, bridal parties, team events, or simply getting a group together for something fun and different.

To keep the experience comfortable and make sure everyone receives plenty of hands-on guidance, private groups are generally limited to fewer than 18 participants. This also helps us maintain a good instructor-to-participant ratio throughout the candle-making process.

You’ll enjoy the same guided candle-making experience and relaxed workshop atmosphere, but the event—and the store—is just for your group.
